Obama breaks talk show record- but not on Rush's show!

A perfect chance for the President to clarify his message with Rush's several million daily listeners and........he shuns it! Ask yourself, if your President does not have the confidence or desire to talk with Rush and the "evil opposition" at Fox News then whats this say about his confidence and desire to speak to those world leaders who also disagree with him whom he cannot ignore?

Barack Obama has become the first US President to appear on five talk shows in one day.
As anchors from CBS, ABC, CNN, NBC and Univision took turns in the hot-seat opposite the President in the West Wing of the White House, Obama didn’t bother to vary his statistics, turns of phrase, seating position or even jokes....

Rush Limbaugh: Is the first black President worth all this?

Me thinks that this YouTube member has misunderstood what El Rushbo is saying. Rush is not "hate mongering" as he suggests, he is simply saying that the first black President of the United States will historically be associated with a socialist agenda.....however good his intentions are. The left knows this. I believe Rush is saying: Will the "left" ultimately regret supporting everything Obama does (with virtually no opposition) or is it time turn the tides towards "reasonable" legislation and inquiry! Those on the left, as evidenced by Wolf Blitzer this week, are slowly starting to ask actual non-leading questions about Obama's agenda.

Whatever you're political persuasion, it's so about time, don't you think!

The Beckel Brothers dialouge on Hannity

Last night the Beckel Brothers were on Sean Hannity's TV show and had quite a lively discussion of current issues. Technically I should not be posting this since it has nothing to do with Rush Limbaugh, however I do think it represents the "civlity" that can be demonstrated amoungst friends even though they hold to vastly divergent political ideologies...as it should be. Moreover, it's entirely entertaining.

Well, as much as I love you Rush, I must confess that this blogger owns a Toyota Prius and I am lovin' my 50mpg!! This baby has pep, I kid you not....believe me I am the first out of the gate! It has awesome handling in any traffic and I have no problem with 80mph and much more when I need it. It is very much like a sports car! (No, I don't sell them)
