Here's an an animation of a one possible method of border wall construction. This wall would serve as a transport for building materials and manpower. The 'X' profile type construction would require minimal excavation and be nearly impossible to climb. Most of the wall would be topped with solar panels connecting to the electricity network to generate profits. Two way traffic at the same time for border guards, personnel and even tourist transportation. And of course, lots of jobs!
