Hazleton, Pa. Lays off City Workers!

From WNEP ABC 16 Scranton, PA: City employees will be let go with the exception of police services in an effort to balance the books. Additional layoffs are possible. Gee, I guess raising taxes in lieu of controlling spending didn't work after all!
