Johnson: The American people arent buying Democrats claims of bipartisanship!

Today, Congressman Sam Johnson (3rd. Dist.—Texas) took to the House floor to argue that the Presidents new healthcare proposal is only the same Washington takeover of healthcare that raises taxes, kills jobs and shoves bureaucracy into the patient-doctor relationship. "Many of my colleagues in the House are ignoring the American people. Our constituents are holding rallies, posting blogs writing to their congressmen and doing everything in their power to get them to listen. They don't want a Government takeover of healthcare!" says Johnson.

In the House, Johnson is an ardent conservative. By some views, Johnson had the most conservative record in the House for three consecutive years, opposing pork barrel projects of all kinds, voting for more IRAs and against extending unemployment benefits. The conservative watchdog group Citizens Against Government Waste has consistently rated him as being friendly to taxpayers.

The changing face of Conservatism!

Judge Andrew Napolitano spent some time at CPAC last week and says he's optimistic about the future of the Republican party and the conservative movement. He states: "During the Bush years, the Republicans and Democrates morphed into one party called the "big government party". But now the GOP is coming back to it's core principles....or is it?" Granted he's libertarian but not anti-capitalist.

Judge Napolitano is the youngest life-tenured Superior Court judge in the history of the State of New Jersey. While on the bench from 1987 to 1995, Judge Napolitano tried more than 150 jury trials and sat in all parts of the Superior Court—criminal, civil, equity and family. Judge Napolitano has written three books: Constitutional Chaos: What Happens When the Government Breaks Its Own Laws; a New York Times bestseller, The Constitution in Exile: How the Federal Government Has Seized Power by Rewriting the Supreme Law of the Land; and A Nation of Sheep.

Obama & Dems in 2005: 51 Vote ‘Nuclear Option’ Is ‘Arrogant’ Power Grab Against the Founder’s Intent!

Video compilation of whiny Democratic senators back in 2005 compaining about the use of the ‘Nuclear Option’, absolute power on both sides, and other legislative "options" which they now have the opportunity to invoke themselves. Biden: "I pray God when the Democrats take back control we don't make the kind of naked power grab you are doing.....it's an exapmple of the arrogance of power!" For once, I agree with Joe (stand up Chuck!) Biden. I think you've missed a few prayers, Joe!
