Lingerie "stimulates" the economy of Illinois?

FBN's Jeff Flock on surprising back-to-school tax-free items in some states. Lingerie qualifies but a geography book or thermos does not??? Apparently the state of Illinois hopes that lingerie will "stimulate" the economy!

Shirley Sherrod Interview!

From 1090WILDAM "The People's Attorney", Warren Ballentine interviews Shirley Sherrod. Djou: State bailout is "political ploy" paid for by food stamps and tax hikes!

Congressman Djou: "More spending isn't the solution. This particular measure is a political ploy that is being financed by cuts to food stamps, by increasing taxes, and - according to the Congressional Budget Office - is going to increase the size of the budget deficit. Marco Rubio Responds To Harry Reid's "Outrageous" Remarks!

On August 10, Harry Reid said, "I don't know how anyone of Hispanic heritage could be a Republican, okay? Do I need to say more?" (Yes, you do!) The next day, U.S. Senate Republican candidate from Florida Marco Rubio responded to these remarks on Fox News' "Fox and Friends." "It's outrageous, it's ridiculous", he said. Yet we all know that Reid's comments pale in comparison to Rush Limbaugh's misunderstood "phony soldier" remark which Reid made such on issue about on the House floor many months ago (wink, wink).

Michael Moore Responds to Robert Gibbs Comments!

This delusional liberal infighting speaks for itself:
"I think that what's bothering them is that liberals and the left have been right from the beginning. From the beginning of this administration, what did people on our side of the fence say? You should take over these banks temporarily and fire all the thieves who stole our money. But instead, what did they do? They enabled them. They called for more offshore oil drilling. They expanded the war in Afghanistan. The stimulus package -- they caved in to the Republicans. Everything that we've been trying to push them to do has now come back to bite them in a profound way to the point where they're very frightened, as they should be, about the election in a couple of months. ... You don't want him drafting the fundraising letter for the next election cycle. It will begin something like, 'Dear biggest Obama supporters: You Suck! Now send us money, please.' ... They better get busy trying to fight the fight for the working people out there who put him into office in the first place. They want to vote for him again but they're not very excited or enthused right now. And nothing I or you or anybody else is going to do is gonna make that enthusiasm just appear again. It's going to have to happen through actual action on the part of the administration -- so the ball's in their court." -- Michael Moore on Countdown with Keith Olbermann, Tuesday, August 10th, 2010

Algore Complains about Media Coverage on Global Warming Issue!

Al Gore on an unidentified talk show talking about the "biased right wing media who try to undermine the evidence of global warming". "It is our responsibilty to demand that all journalists report the truth about these scientific facts." You know, like evolution and stuff (wink, wink). Funny thing is, the truth is often a moving target.

Harry Reid Injects Racism Into Senate Race!

"I don't know how anyone of Hispanic heritage could be a Republican." If there was any doubt which side of the immigration debate was obsessed with injecting poisonous racism into the mix, Reid left no doubt: The Democrat Party.
