She has already convinced Walmart to lower prices on fruit and vegetables and is in talks with the National Restaurant Association to downsize portions. But the real problem is corn subsidies, which make it cheaper to produce everything from beef to Coca Cola. Can Michelle Obama kill this sacred cow?

Lindsay Lohan appeared in court again accused of stealing a necklace, just weeks after being released from court ordered rehab. The necklace disappeared from a boutique after she tried it on, but was reappeared at a police station as officers were preparing to search Lohan’s home. Since 2008, LiLo has been accused of various thefts, including fur coats, a Rolex watch and of course, jewelry. A Las Vegas tanning salon is also suing Lohan over US$41,000 in unpaid tanning fees.
