Subject: Hell yeah, I like Obamacare
Friend --
I like Obamacare.
I'm proud of it -- and you should be, too.
Here's why: Because it works.
So if you're with me, say it: "I like Obamacare."
Obamacare means never having to worry about getting sick and running up against a lifetime cap on insurance coverage. It gives parents the comfort of knowing their kids can stay on their insurance until they're 26, and that a "pre-existing condition" like an ear infection will never compromise their child's coverage.
It's about ending the practice of letting insurance companies charge women 50 percent more -- just because they're women.
And Obamacare can save seniors hundreds of dollars a year on prescription drugs -- and gives them access to preventive care that is saving their lives.
President Obama never lost sight of the fact that this reform is about people. People like his own mother, who spent the last years of her life fighting cancer -- and fighting with insurance companies, too.
That shouldn't happen. And because of Obamacare, it can't.
So next time you hear someone railing against Obamacare, remember what they're actually saying they want to take away.
And, today, stand with me in saying, "Hell yeah, I'm for Obamacare":

Thanks,
David
P.S. -- Side note: Can you imagine if the opposition called Social Security "Roosevelt Security"? Or if Medicare was "LBJ-Care"? Seriously, have these guys ever heard of the long view?

Obama: The USA is producing TOO MUCH Oil And Gas!

World Crude Oil Production in 2003
As it turns out, US oil production since 1985 has been on the decline. As a matter of fact, we are drilling – here in the United States – about 37 percent less crude oil than in 1985. In fairness, production actually did hit a 30 year low in 2008 where field production was about 1.81 billion barrels and it’s climbed to just under 2 billion barrels in 2010. 2010 is the last full year available at the EIA website for that statistic.

Ron Paul Supporter Arrested Outside St. Charles County, Mo.!

As if the presidential campaign hasn't been chaotic enough in Missouri this year, the Republican caucus at a gymnasium in St. Charles County was shut down on Saturday after a rowdy disturbance. Supporters of presidential candidate Ron Paul allegedly yelled objections to decisions made by caucus organizers to ban recording devices. St. Peters police arrested two of them after numerous warnings to leave the school property.
Brent Stafford, was arrested outside the gym after he and others tried to convene a meeting of their own after the official caucus adjourned. According to the Post-Dispatch, Kenneth Suitter was arrested while he was videotaping the event. A caucus rule bars videotaping and other recording devices. Brent Stafford of O'Fallon, a county GOP committee member and a leader in Paul's county campaign, and Kenneth Suitter of St. Charles County were charged with trespassing, a municipal ordinance violation, and released.   YouTuber AG3NTANTHRAX

FLASHBACK: OBAMA TALKS $12-A-GALLON FOR GAS!

Transcript from Obama speech at Stivers on Jul 11, 2008:

If Iran decided to shut down the petroleum-rich Strait of Hormuz tomorrow, they believe oil would skyrocket to $300-a-barrel in minutes, a price that one speculator predicted would result in $12-a-gallon gas. $12 a gallon.

In the four years since, President Obama could have drilled his way into energy independence for America. Instead, here comes $12 a gallon gasoline regardless of whatever happens in the Strait of Hormuz!

What a dipstick!

Press Conference on Challenge to Federal Health Care Law!

From the Indiana Attorney General YouTube page:

When the United States Supreme Court hears a landmark legal challenge to the federal health care law, it will be asked to decide fundamental questions about the federal government's authority and what it can compel private individuals and state governments to do, Indiana Attorney General Greg Zoeller said at a news conference on Monday, March 12, with Senator Richard Lugar.

Indiana is one of 26 states challenging the constitutionality of the federal health care law as an overreach of congressional authority. The U.S. Supreme Court will hear six hours of oral argument in the legal challenge over three days starting March 26. Having prepared a report to Lugar on the health care legislation before it passed Congress, Zoeller decided in March 2010 that Indiana would join the multistate legal challenge to the new law.

Obama Documentary Director: Drunk on Obama Koolaid!

In an interview with CNN's Piers Morgan, director Davis Guggenheim can't find a single fault with President Barack Obama. The only negative thing he could think of was that he couldn't fit enough positives into his movie!

"Where do you find fault in him personally?" Answer: "You know, I don't, frankly".

Al Sharpton: In Alabama 'It's Against The Law To Organize Unions'!

Al Sharpton's mouth strikes again- This time on "Morning Joe":

"We're here about voter ID, we're here because the most reactionary immigration law is in Alabama," Shaprton said, "and thirdly, workers' rights -- it's against the law to organize unions here . . . we have our rally -- Martin Luther King III and many of the labor leaders and I. We're not reenacting the march, we're extending it, because all over the country -- in 34 states -- that we have seen the studies will disenfranchise five million voters, there really is no evidence that the fraud they're trying to solve is a problem."

The top ten negative ad spenders during the 2012 campaign!

Time to show you the money. Here are the top ten negative ad spenders in the 2012 campaign as of late at $530 per ad spot, on average including percent of negative ad expenditure:
  1. Restore Our Future (Pro-Romney) $16,324,750- 100%
  2. American Crossroads / Crossroads GPS $11,376,230- 100%
  3. Americans for Prosperity $7,193,160- 100%
  4. Mitt Romney $6,369,830- 57%
  5. Winning Our Future (Pro-Gingrich) $2,680,100- 75%
  6. Red, White, And Blue Fund (Pro-Santorum) $2,249,770- 91%
  7. Make Us Great Again (Pro-Perry) $1,676,230- 77%
  8. Rick Perry $1,656,310- 60%
  9. Ron Paul $1,628,770- 58%
  10. Rick Santorum $1,364,620- 100%
Source and complete list: Kantar Media/CMAG. Updated March 1, 2012.

Folks, that's a conservative (no pun intended) $45 million. On average, positive ads ran about 24% with negative ads rounding out about 76%. We're not talking about a politically biased expenditure here. Democrats engage in the same tactics themselves in order to win votes.

So what could that $45,000,000 consumed during several mere weeks have been spent on instead?
  • About 75 million cans of soup.
  • About 12 million gallons of gasoline.
  • About 5000 heart transplants.
  • About 1,500 four year public college degrees.
  • About 416 average priced homes according to recent numbers from the Atlanta Board of Realtors.
You get the point. It's crazy and Americans should stand up and say enough already. Candidates: Tell us what YOU are going to do for us and never mind anybody else's business. If you do not yet have ample accomplishments accumulated that we would care hearing about, then get busy and accomplish something!

Ask your candidate to condemn any negative Super PACS advertising in political campaigns. When it comes down to the wire between the final candidates, then you can start debating all your little issues on live national television for the world to see and you to defend.

Sleep Train and Quicken Loans dump Limbaugh in favor of political correctness!

This company is proud to be politically correct!
After Sleep Train Mattress Centers announced it was suspending its ads earlier today, the CEO of Quicken Loans also announced that his company will no longer run ads on Rush Limbaugh because he called a young woman who testified about contraception a “slut”.

And so is this one!
"What does it say about the college co-ed Sandra Fluke, who goes before a congressional committee and essentially says that she must be paid to have sex, what does that make her? It makes her a slut, right? It makes her a prostitute. She wants to be paid to have sex. She's having so much sex she can't afford the contraception. She wants you and me and the taxpayers to pay her to have sex. What does that make us? We're the pimps."

Like they didn't already know Rush often employs the "demonstrating absurdity by being absurd" methodology and has for his whole broadcast career. Listen to the clip, Rush is simply doing exactly what the "leftist" MSM has done to conservatives and Christians alike for years.

Hey Sleep Train and Quicken Loans, big financial mistake, BIG! No more soup for you.

Confused Socialists Protest the MacIver Institute!

On Wednesday, February 29, 2012, a very small group of confused protesters gathered outside the Madison, Wisconsin offices of the John K. MacIver Institute for Public Policy.

But they did not know why they were there. Nor were they out looking for a real job instead!

Lesson: Why bother to contribute to society, when it's so much easier to simply go out and protest something. When doing so, one usually makes friends, gets free food and feels like they accomplished something. What liberal socialist would, or could turn that down!

Speech jamming gun puts an end to free speech!

Well, possibly, anyway! Two Japanese researchers have put together a gun capable of stopping your speech, mid-sentence. The device uses a microphone and a speaker to render you speechless. Kazutaka Kurihara of the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science wrote, "In general, human speech is jammed by giving back to the speakers their own utterances at a delay of a few hundred milliseconds. This effect can disturb people without any physical discomfort, and disappears immediately by stopping speaking. There are still many cases in which the negative aspects of speech become a barrier to the peaceful resolution of conflicts."

The possibilities are endless. Imagine, no more moderator needed during the upcoming Presidential debates! Here's how it works:
