Mass. Legislature approves plan to bypass Electoral College!

The Constitution is under attack from the "left" once again!

The Massachusetts Legislature has approved a new law intended to bypass the Electoral College system and ensure that the winner of the presidential election is determined by the national popular vote.

Supporters are campaigning, state by state, to get such bills enacted. Once states accounting for a majority of the electoral votes (or 270 of 538) have enacted the laws, the candidate winning the most votes nationally would be assured a majority of Electoral College votes. That would hold true no matter how the other states vote and how their electoral votes are distributed.

Illinois, New Jersey, Hawaii, Maryland, and Washington have already approved the legislation, according to the National Popular Vote campaign's website. The new system would only go into effect once a sufficient number of states have passed laws that would make it work.

Sessions Takes on Obama Judicial Philosophy, Announces Opposition to Kagan!

Before casting a 'no' vote at the Judiciary Committee meeting, Sen. Sessions summarized his concerns with Elena Kagan's nomination. Sessions said Ms. Kagan fits President Obama's expressed desire for judges who would allow their personal and political views of "what America should be" to influence their rulings. Sessions argues that such a philosophy of judging is "the greatest threat" to the independence of the courts in our "glorious legal system," and that judges must serve "under the constitution...not above it."

INDIANAPOLIS, July 20--The youth-led pro-life group Live Action released a new undercover video today showing staff at an Indianapolis Planned Parenthood clinic using manipulative and medically inaccurate counseling to convince a young woman to have an abortion. This is the third undercover video Live Action has released showing abusive counseling practices at Planned Parenthood of Indiana.

When the woman, purportedly 10-weeks pregnant, asks the clinician, named "Sarah," when her baby's heart begins to beat, Sarah replies, "It's around I think the 8th or the 9th week that you can hear the heartbeat." The heart actually begins beating 3 weeks and 1 day after conception, according to Moore and Persaud's well-known textbook The Developing Human: Clinically Oriented Embryology. The Planned Parenthood clinician also insists, "It's not a baby, it's a fetus," which, she claims, is "not like a person."

In the video, Sarah assures the woman that "having an abortion is safer than carrying to term." The woman asks, "The abortion won't hurt me from having more kids in the future, will it?" and the counselor replies, "Nope." But a 2009 study from the Obstetrical and Gynecological Survey recently found that a previous abortion increased a woman's risk of pre-term birth by 20%, and a 2003 report from the Shanghai Institute of Planned Parenthood Research notes a 55% increased risk of future miscarriages for women who have abortions....

This video does show however that this isnt about religion the way western peoples think of it. It is not about religion at all but about establishing sharia law through force, and establishing a seperate judiciary, enforcement and laws for themselves, and enforcing it on the infidel.
