Republican Rep. Frank LoBiondo (N.J.) received heavy criticism from a Tea Party activist at a recent town hall meeting in his district. In this YouTube video, the eighth-term congressman is grilled on his knowledge of the Constitution after he misstates the content of Article I Section I of the document.

Despite a 30-minute deluge of rain, more than 500 people showed up at the at the Tea Party Express III rally Monday afternoon in St. Charles, Mo. Among the dozens of people with whom this videographer spoke with, was a college student named Josh. A history major at a local university, Josh displayed and articulated a thorough understanding of what's wrong with this country when government officials supplant the ideas of the Founding Fathers with their own misguided, big government ideology.
