Obama/ Pelosi love fest at the NIAF Gala 2011!

President Barack Obama delivered the keynote address at the 36th Anniversary NIAF Washington Awards Gala on Saturday, October 29, 2011. Nancy Pelosi suffered from multiple gaffes with her introduction of the President the most noteworthy:

"We are deeply honored tonight that President Obama is gracing us with his Presidence - presence - because he is a great President." Once the President is introduced he follows with: "Thank you Nancy for that glorious introduction. I am biased, but I think Nancy was one of the best speakers of the House this country ever had." The President goes on to tell a few jokes and reminds the crowd that all he's got to offer is "a last name that ends in a vowel".

Michael Moore on Occupy Wall Street: "The goals will happen!"

"What's the end game here, what are the goals? Let me just say this. This had to start somewhere, we're only in the sixth week of this movement. The goals will happen, the agenda will take place. The political force of will will happen like a tsunami....but it has to start first."

Then he "expectedly" proceeds to slam the conservative media: "You've been lied to...If Fox News and Rush Limbaugh actually believed that the majority of the country was conservative, when you turned on their show every day, it would open with "Zip-a-Dee-Doo-Dah"...but not of you turn on Sean Hannity or Bill O'Reilly...."
