Speaking of corn and husk no one seems to be talking about this yet. It seems that Obama is whacking businesses an extra $100 billion in back taxes by making Cobra retroactive to Septemebr 2008. What this means is that businesses are now responsible for Cobra insurance payments. They will have to pay 65% of those premiums retroactively. If you think there is going to be an employment revival forget it. what this will do is force employers to lay off even more people in order to pay for this new tax.
