Political Video of the Year!
Many are calling this the political video of the year. Phil Davison, GOP Candidate delivered a speech on 9/8/2010 in his campaign for Stark County (Ohio) Treasurer. Even though he has a masters degree in communication, in this speech he was very passionate about his campaign and his perhaps "unsettling" emotions revealed it. Mistaken for a kook by some, but understood as a passionate patriot by many. May your New Year be filled with such passion!
H/T to William Tucker
Here are Phil's comments given to the AP as to why he was so "unusually passionate".

The North Dakota winter blizzard 100 car pileup Al Gore won't be talking about!
Seriously, this is no joking matter:
The North Dakota Department of Transportation (NDDOT) has CLOSED I-29 both northbound and southbound roadways from the South Dakota border to Grand Forks due to high winds causing near zero visibility. Conditions are such that they are creating a life-threatening danger to motorists. The roadway is impassable and it is against the law to drive past a road closure device on a closed road. "It looks like a war zone out there!"
Here is video from local Valley News Live showing the carnage:

Farting Democrats Christmas!
As Christmas 2010 approaches, the nation's top Democrats prove they have no gas shortage, and that they truly believe that is better to give than to receive. Barack Obama, Michelle Obama, Barney Frank, Harry Reid, and Nancy Pelosi join forces, in much the same way that they've teamed up to shove a last-minute 1900-page Omnibus Spending Bill into taxpayer's stockings (among other places) for Christmas.

MITCHELL: So there's no damage?
BIDEN: I don't think there's any damage. I don't think there's any substantive damage, no. Look, some of the cables are embarrassing . . . but nothing that I'm aware of that goes to the essence of the relationship that would allow another nation to say: "they lied to me, we don't trust them, they really are not dealing fairly with us."

BIDEN: This guy has done things that have damaged and put in jeopardy the lives and occupations of other parts of the world. He's made it more difficult for us to conduct our business with our allies and our friends. For example, in my meetings -- you know I meet with most of these world leaders -- there is a desire to meet with me alone, rather than have staff in the room: it makes things more cumbersome -- so it has done damage.

Rush Limbaugh: No, Obama Is Not The New Comeback Kid!
RUSH LIMBAUGH: "At the end of the day the Republicans stayed unified, and that is the blueprint for defeating Obamaism and the Democrats from here on out. I know, Mr. Krauthammer has a piece on Obama, "The New Comeback Kid," how he's outsmarted everybody here. He's taken what was one of the worst humiliating defeats in presidential history in the midterms and turned it into now where he's totally setting the agenda, running the show. USA Today: "Political Rebound? Obama Sets Up as New Comeback Kid." Sorry, folks, I don't buy it. I don't think the American people are as... what's the way to put this? They're informed and they're engaged. I just don't think they look at this the way inside-the-Beltway people did. The American people are not sitting there judging who's outsmarting here and who's smarter here and who's smarter there and so forth. They're looking at brass tacks, nuts and bolts, and just in sheer size, the tax deal, whatever is wrong with it pales in comparison."
Senator Kerry to New Senators: You Don't Count!
John Kerry (D-MA) informed 15,304,498 voters from 16 states that their democratic voice is better left unheard. Kerry’s remarks came during a speech in which he urged the ratification of the ill-conceived New START (Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty) with Russia. Kerry and other Senate liberals are striving to ratify the treaty during this winter’s lame duck session, the last chance for Senators who have received their walking orders from the voters to pass the kind of legislation that got them kicked out of Washington in the first place. Rush Limbaugh - Progressive Income Tax is Immoral!
RUSH: Why is it "a win for middle-class families"? It's a win because their taxes aren't going up. Really? Well, now, again I must point out that for the last ten years there weren't any middle-class tax cuts. The Bush tax rates were only for millionaires and billionaires. Now all of a sudden when the rubber meets the road, when the pedal hits the metal, all of a sudden there are middle-class tax cuts, and if this is allowed to expire, guess what? Their taxes go up. We can't have that. So now we have "the Obama tax-cut compromise." Here is a media montage of all these people out there who are reacting to the news that I am leading the opposition.

How a Man Caught UPS Tampering With His Package!
Richard Lynch sent his laptop for repairs from California to the East coast. When it arrived there, the box was full of soda cans and sheets. After getting no answers from his local UPS shop, he came up with a plan.
He rigged a box with a car alarm—one that would only scream when opened. He went to the store, pay for the shipment and, ten minutes after leaving, the alarm went off. The UPS employees had opened the package, even while they are supposed not to do that.
Watch to see how it ends......

ACLU Attacks Christmas in Tennessee Schools!
"Well here we have again the ACLU attacking our traditions in this country. Traditions that were going on before and after the ratification of the US Constitution. The ACLU forgets we are a Christian Nation and observe Christian holidays. No they haven't forgotten, they just don't like the Christian religion. What if this was a Muslim holiday? Would they attack it? I doubt it....Traditions that the Founding Fathers themselves observed and did not think unconstitutional. And consider the fact that they wrote the 1st amendment. Don't you think they knew what they meant when they wrote it better than the courts 200 yrs later? Of course they did."
