Joy Behar whines "This kind of hate speech must stop" and "Most of the hate speech is directed at liberals"!
Ann Coulter responds: "Joy Behar could go to any known campus including Bob Jones and Hillsdale etc and be treated just fine and will not need a bodyguard. Any noted conservative or republican would need a bodyguard."

The road to socialistic America: Are we at the point of no return?

Thomas Sowell had an interesting piece in NRO last week where he wrote: "The passage of the legislation allowing the federal government to take control of the medical-care system of the United States, a major turning point has been reached in the dismantling of the values and institutions of America."

Are we too late, is there still time to take back our country and return to her constitutional origins? Henry Blackaby, author of the 7 million best seller a "Purpose driven life" was a guest preacher at our local church today and expressed a somewhat political message. Religious leaders in Jesus' day did not recognize the "signs of the times" prophecied in Old Testiment Scripture in regards to the manner of coming and identification of the Messiah. Are we today guilty of the same? Are we now under God's retribution and judgement for our ever accelerating removal of God from our laws and public institutions.

911 may in fact have been the beginning of the end of God's infinite patience with a once great, God-frearing nation. That fateful morning the very heart of America, close to where Miss Liberty herself stands proud, was struck down forever removing the comfort and safety we once felt as a nation. God removed His hand of protection that day for His undisclosed reasons and eternal purposes. In 2005 came Katrina, one of the five deadliest in US recorded history. Some speculate that this was once again God's judgement on display 80% of "sin city" New Orleans and large tracts of neighboring parishes became flooded, and the floodwaters lingered for weeks.

Is this religious fanatisism? Consider also last year's finacial crisis when the very life blood of our financial institutions imploded due to the subprime mortgage crisis. Some say this was due to corrupt organizations like ACORN's love for sub prime loans. Ultimately it was greed, corruption and a lust for the pleasures of the flesh which provided a further target for Holy judgement!

With Obama giving Israel the cold shoulder at seemingly every opportunity he can, it appears that this President has a disdain for everything Israel represents. Is it any wonder then that Obama's desire to elevate socialism above the historic values of our country doesn't prevent him from admitting that "We do not consider ourselves a Christian nation". He does not speak for me, nor does he most of America. Yet he seems to make this proclaimation with proud conviction and at every opportunity. With this, God certainly cannot not pleased.

Presently with socialized medicine the law of the land, the final chess pieces are in place. Americans, we would be wise not to lay aside the Book which helped frame this nation over 200 years ago. God spoke to the minds of the founding fathers in order to frame a Constitution full of liberty for all and free from tyranny of any of her citizens. All that is necessary for evil to triumph is for good men to do nothing!

I agree with this final chilling statement from Sowell:
"The last opportunity that current American citizens may have to determine who will control Congress may well be the election in November of this year. Off-year elections don’t usually bring out as many voters as presidential election years. But the 2010 election may be the last chance to halt the dismantling of America. It can be the point of no return."
