President Obama acts "stupidly"!

Just as the Cambridge police acted "stupidly" according to the President back in July of 2009, it appears that now Obama has now led himself astray as his true moral character is revealed in the following recent news progression:

It all started when: Obama says Supreme Court overturning health care would be "unprecedented": President Obama expressed confidence Monday the Supreme Court will not overturn his signature health care law when it issues a ruling later this year on the constitutionality of the landmark legislation, arguing it would be "unprecedented" for the court to make such a dramatic power play over Congress. "Ultimately I am confident that the Supreme Court will not take what would be an unprecedented, extraordinary step of overturning a law that was passed by a strong majority of a democratically elected Congress."



Appeals court fires back at Obama's comments on health care case In the escalating battle between the administration and the judiciary, a federal appeals court apparently is calling the president's bluff -- ordering the Justice Department to answer by Thursday whether the Obama Administration believes that the courts have the right to strike down a federal law, according to a lawyer who was in the courtroom.
