At least one shooter was killed by law enforcement officials two hours
after the rampage began, the Los Angeles Times reported, citing "senior law enforcement officials."
CNN, citing Navy officials, said two shooters were "down," but it was not clear whether that meant they had been shot or were in custody.
The Navy said in a statement the shooting took place at the heavily guarded headquarters, where about 3,000 people work.
