In light of the BP oil spill off the coast of Louisiana, Massachusetts Senator John Kerry discusses the current status of offshore drilling as it relates to proposed energy legislation yesterday in Washington. Kerry argues for the long-term need to move towards alternate fuels such as natural gas.
