Senator Dorgan introduces the "Electric Vehicle Deployment Act of 2010" to promote the rapid, near-term deployment of plug-in electric drive motor vehicles and reduce our dependence on foreign oil. ....and he's got charts to prove everything!!!!! Dorgan says: "We have the capability at the federal level to begin to promote the right kind of change and tht's what this bill is about." Now there's a statement the environmentalist wackos can drool over! Democrats: Chipping away at "freedom" one day at a time!
