Rep. Melissa Bean asked if Obama Care constitutional?

Rep. Bean dodges questions and her constituents again . Ironic that a liberal Democrat hides in a Country Club . Once again Melissa "Thug" Bean can't answer a simple question about Obama care , yet she shoved this bad law down our throats.
