OK, flash mobs are fun to watch and even fun to participate in, but certainly not when the activity involves breaking the law:In the latest incident, 10 girls stormed the Shop Express convenience store along Benning Road in northeast Washington at about 3:15 a.m. Thursday. "Stealing is a very normal thing at convenience stores," one employee said. "It happens every day -- morning, evening, night. But such kind of thing I have never seen before. If you watch the video, you can see that not every one of the young ladies that was involved took something, but there were certainly some who did," Assistant Chief Peter Newham said.
